Long-acting GH analogs and GH fragments
Muscle & Strength · Growth hormone analog / fragment
Tier D
What this is
WADA coverage: growth hormone/GH, lonapegsomatropin, somapacitan, somatrogon, AOD-9604 and hGH 176-191. The existing HGH page covers recombinant GH; this row captures long-acting analogs and fragments.
Mechanism
Long-acting somatropin analogs replace GH in deficiency states; GH fragments are marketed for fat loss despite much weaker clinical evidence. Performance/anti-aging use extrapolates from GH biology.
Dose & route
Clinical GH-deficiency dosing is individualized; no safe anti-aging or performance dose
